The architectural design included an extensive outdoor patio and pool deck, as well as an indoor pool deck. The owners were concerned with having a maintenance-free solution, and were led to NewTechWood via their interior decorator. NewTechWood’s UltraShield composite decking products appealed to them because of their natural timber look, and because they came with a 25-year limited warranty. The rich dark Walnut board was used outdoors, while the lighter grey/beige Antique board was installed around the pool.
